We will gladly offer a credit note or replacement if we have the item in stock in the unlikely event that the item is damaged upon delivery. Should this occur, please contact us immediately.You will need to return/send the products back to us within 7 working days. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return we will process it and should we need to send you a replacement item, we will send it to you within 3 working days via the South African Post Office and will send you the tracking number.
Unfortunately we do not have control over the postal delivery service. Once the item has been dispatched we can no longer be held liable for any loss or damage to the item which may occur in the postal system.
We unfortunately do not offer returns and/or refunds in the case that you are simply not happy with and/or do not like the item.
Unfortunately for any custom / personalised orders as well as any items made to order and all earrings, we cannot offer a refund and/or an exchange due to the nature of the specific order which won’t be able to be resold.
